Job description

Are you a high-energy, customer-obsessed multitasker who thrives in fast-moving environments? We're hiring a Sales Operations & Customer Support Specialist to support sales growth, keep operations running flawlessly, and deliver outstanding customer experiences-all on a 12-month contract with hybrid flexibility. Hybrid (Mon/Tue/Thu Onsite - Fri WFH) 8 AM - 5 PM Pay Rate: $25.68/hr What You'll Do

  • Support sales growth across assigned territories
  • Manage customer accounts + resolve order, billing, and account issues
  • Handle ITO (quotes & presales) and OTR (order entry ? shipment ? invoicing)
  • Manage account setups, item setups, and E-commerce order processing
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics
  • Resolve billing disputes, credit memos, collections, and payment issues
  • Drive continuous improvement to boost speed, accuracy & customer satisfaction
  • Deliver excellence across KPIs and service metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales support or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office + SAP experience (required)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling priorities
  • Team-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce or field sales experience
  • French language skills
  • Manufacturing or supply chain background
