Job description

  • Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.
  • Install and set up hardware for end-users.
  • Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
  • Provide support for internal training courses and events.
  • Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
  • Support our offices in Davos, Zizers and Zurich.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical support role in IT.
  • Diploma in IT
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS.
  • User-oriented and service-minded approach.
  • Experience with Atlassian Tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English. German nice to have.
  • The role is located in Davos. Living in the surroundings is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, primarily within Switzerland (Davos/Zizers/Zürich).
