Job description

This is an exciting opportunity working for ICT Frontline Services supporting customers.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has experience of providing ICT support in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft systems as well as a good understanding of an ICT Support Service and the importance of supporting the Customer at the highest possible level.

The postholder will:

  • have a minimum of 5 GCSE (A-C or 9-4) including Maths and English
  • be prepared to undertake professional and technical training when required which may lead to a qualification
  • have experience of supporting Microsoft applications
  • be customer focused
  • be able to provide support utilising the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
  • have a good understanding of Active Directory, the way objects sync to Active Directory and
  • be able to resolve issues
  • understand a call centre environment, providing a high standard of customer care
  • be providing technical support to Customers and colleagues
  • be supporting customer queries and requirements, ensuring that the Customer(s) are kept up to date with progress
  • understand business needs, priorities, and impact to Customer's when they are experiencing issues
