Job description
We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to become the go-to technology lead for our Dewsbury operation. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a visible impact - not sitting behind the scenes. You'll take charge of ERP and reporting, lead a new Microsoft CRM implementation, and act as the bridge between systems and operations. It's a true business-facing role in a manufacturing and wholesale environment where technology directly drives performance. We need a practical, commercially aware generalist - someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking real ownership. Business Central experience is a bonus, but mindset and capability matter more. If you want a role where you can shape systems, influence decisions, and see the results of your work - this is it.

Maintain a strong weekly on-site presence to support stakeholders This is a broad, hands-on role - ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in the business rather than operating at arm's length.

- Experience as an IT Manager, IT Business Partner, or senior IT lead
- A background in manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale or B2B environments
- ERP system experience (Ideally Business Central)
- Strong reporting capability (Power BI, SQL, ERP reporting etc.)
