Job description
In this role, you will focus on winning new business typically. You'll be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships and developing value led proposals in order to achieve your targets. You'll also manage onboarding, ensuring a seamless journey for new customers and successful long-term relationships., * Prospect, secure, and manage new customers meeting targets.
- Build strong relationships with procurement bodies, print management companies, and mailing houses to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Develop and present compelling sales propositions, managing opportunities through the full sales process.
- Engage with multiple decision makers, identifying needs, benefits, and potential obstacles.
- Work to tight deadlines for tenders, onboarding, and revenue delivery.
- Collaborate with operations nationwide to assess onboarding capabilities.
- Accurately model operational costs and customer profitability to ensure commercially sound bids.
- Negotiate contracts, manage price reviews, and maintain strong trading relationships.
- Lead sales, onboarding, and implementation meetings, ensuring high service levels during early life until handover to Account Management.
- Provide detailed documentation and CRM updates to company standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * Demonstrable sales experience in mail or print
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Experience winning business through formal tender processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
