Job description
Ensure users are confident and competent with advanced endoscopic technologies-especially flexible scopes. Collaborate with hospital staff to design and deliver tailored training programmes. Use a variety of teaching tools-from handbooks to visual aids-to make learning impactful. Keep your knowledge sharp through continuous professional development. Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal training processes.
You'll be on the move, visiting hospitals, theatre departments, and healthcare facilities across the South-East of England. This is a field-based role with regular travel and overnight stays.
Requirements
A-Level education or equivalent. Experience in operating theatre environments, nursing, or medical engineering (preferred but not essential). Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Proven ability to organise time and resources effectively. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A proactive, calm, and courteous approach to customer interactions. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Manual handling is part of the daily routine. You'll need to uphold Health & Safety and Quality standards. A company vehicle and equipment will be provided-your care and professionalism matter.
