This is primarily a remote support role, working from our office, but with regular on-site visits to client premises when required.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, triaging and resolving support requests via our ticket management system. You'll handle everything from day-to-day desktop support queries through to Microsoft 365 administration and network troubleshooting.
What You'll Be Doing

Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools

Logging, triaging, and resolving support tickets within our ticket management system

Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID

Troubleshooting Windows desktop and laptop issues including OS, drivers, and application support

Supporting network printers, peripherals, and common office hardware

Carrying out on-site support visits to client premises as required

Escalating complex issues to senior engineers with clear and thorough documentation

Assisting with new user setups, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Contributing to internal documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Essential

Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

Solid experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)

Strong Windows desktop support skills (Windows 10/11, application troubleshooting)

Experience with network printer setup and troubleshooting

Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured support workflows

Excellent communication skills - you'll be client-facing from day one

Full, clean UK driving licence (site visits are a key part of the role)

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Desirable

Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900, or equivalent)

Experience with Windows Server administration

Exposure to networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)

Experience supporting clients in an MSP or multi-tenant environment

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
