What you will do in this role

As a Renewal Specialist in our team, you will:

  • Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for long term Microsoft relationship
  • Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
  • Understand customers current Microsoft license position, leading with Microsoft's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed
  • Support renewal process by engaging & co-ordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical sales?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are., * Are native or proficient in Dutch with advanced English

  • Have 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologies
  • Possess general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
  • Demonstrate your ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Have an achievement and success-driven personality
  • Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions (preferred)

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working within a technical sales or presales environment preferred
  • Experience in one of these relevant fields: computer science, mathematics or engineering
  • Master's degree. Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering

  • Full-time 39h/week, permanent contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 18:00
  • Base Salary of 25,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,800 euros gross/ year variable bonus and private medical insurance
