Job description
- Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap within the supply chain digital domain.
- Gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements from global stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear communication between business, technical teams, and regional operations.
- Track KPIs and use data insights to drive product decisions and performance.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Owner in enterprise or supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, factory operations, or automation.
- Experience working with MES platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product development from ideation to delivery.
- Solid background in Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and manage complex backlogs.
