IT Support Technician

Support will be provided both locally and remotely, including on-site visits within the UK and Europe when needed to keep our technology running smoothly.

• Higher Education qualification(s) in IT or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience providing desktop support within a Microsoft environment, including Windows, Office, SaaS applications, printing, and telephony
• Knowledge of automated imaging software and SOE deployment
• Experience with Active Directory, Intune and/or related management tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, often remotely, using remote desktop and Service Desk software
