IT Manager & Systems Development Lead

This is a senior, hands-on management position responsible for the leadership of IT operations, CRM ownership and the development of system integrations across the business., * Oversee, manage and develop company-wide IT infrastructure and cybersecurity

• Lead the organisation's migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace
• Serve as the system owner for HubSpot CRM, including workflow design, automation, reporting and data governance
• Act as primary contact for our HubSpot Partnership Executive
• Develop and enhance integrations between HubSpot, telephony systems, finance systems and the company website
• Build reporting dashboards and provide business intelligence for management
• Identify and deliver process automation improvements across departments
• Line manage two internal IT/support team members
• Manage outsourced/offshore development resources, including international partners
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data standards and documentation requirements

Do you have experience in HubSpot?, * Proven IT management experience within an SME environment

• Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot configuration, automation and integration
• CRM reporting, workflow development and optimisation
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including migration projects
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, and system integration
• Experience leading both internal teams and outsourced technical resources
• Demonstrable leadership experience

Desirable Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications
• Google Workspace Administrator certification
• Experience in construction, home improvements, field-based operations or related industries
• Project management experience, * HubSpot: 1 year (required)
• IT management within an SME: 1 year (required)
• managing CRM automation and reporting: 1 year (preferred)
• migrating from Microsoft to Google Workspace: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• HubSpot certifications (preferred)
• Google Workspace admin certification (preferred)
