My client in the WF2 area require an experienced Ecommerce Specialist. Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join thier amazing team.
If you are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage and enhance our presence across multiple online marketplaces.
Your goal will be to increase sales, boost brand visibility, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
This is a fully office-based role.Key Responsibilities:· Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage the company's presence on various e-commerce platforms.· Product Listing & Optimisation: Create and improve product listings to drive visibility and sales.· Pricing & Promotion: Monitor competitor pricing, propose competitive pricing strategies, and run promotional campaigns to boost sales and conversions.·
Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the team to plan and execute marketplace- specific campaigns, including sponsored ads and promotions.·
Brand Monitoring & Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, monitor for unauthorised sellers, and counterfeit products, and take necessary action to protect the brand.·
Market Insight: Maintain awareness of trends, competitors, and customer preferences.·
Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.·
Business growth: Utilise data driven insights to evaluate and implement strategies for growth.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Minimum 2 years' proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.· Strong Microsoft office skills.· Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools.·
Strong attention to detail and compliance with marketplace guidelines.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.· Team player with the ability to work with other departments.
