Job description

This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone with solid e-commerce experience, particularly in marketplace management. You will support the day-to-day operations of our online store and third-party platforms, ensuring listings are optimised, orders run smoothly, and customers receive an excellent online experience.

You'll be joining a growing e-commerce department where your input, organisation, and commercial awareness will make a real impact., * Manage and process online orders, returns, refunds, and tracking

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and marketplace messaging
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock availability
  • Upload and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
  • Monitor website performance, product availability, and promotional activity
  • Manage and maintain marketplace platforms such as eBay and Amazon
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in E-commerce?, * Minimum 1 year's e-commerce experience

  • Drivers License
  • Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Excel and spreadsheets
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating and managing e-commerce platforms

Desirable

  • Understanding of SEO and product optimisation
  • Knowledge of digital merchandising or online marketing
  • Previous experience in online customer service
  • Experience within retail, home improvement, or similar product sectors
