Job description
We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Master Data Analyst you'll sit within the Group Finance Team based in London Victoria and report into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the business with keeping supplier and customer master data accurate and up to date.

- Process and validate new customer requests.
- Ensure all master data in NetSuite is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Monitor changes to master data and report instances of non-compliance.
- Perform periodic checks on master data.
- Ensure data held meets all business and legal requirements.
- Support with the provision of data to Group Finance & Market teams.
- Data and system migrations.
- Create, review and implement new processes and controls.
- Support the IT team with new systems and processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Oracle?, * Experience with processing and maintaining large sets of data.
- Previous Finance Systems or Transactions (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable) experience
- A professional accounting qualification is not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and a familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is preferable.
- Compliance mindset towards process and controls.
- Ability to assess and propose solutions to problems.
- Support team members with their daily activities as and when required.
- Proactively highlight and escalate any issues or challenges.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business.
- Able to effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
