Job description

As the IT Administrator you will report to the Technology Manager and will be responsible for the procurement and issuing of technical equipment to our teams, monitoring and maintaining computer systems across our network and being the first point of contact for any IT related issues., Desktop Supplies:

  • Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Install, configure and update operating systems and applications

Microsoft 365 Support:

  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive
  • Assist users with account setup, password resets and troubleshooting
  • ensure data security and compliance with company polices

System Maintenance:

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks across all company buildings
  • Perform regular system updates, backups and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure network security and optimise system performance
  • Support, maintain and replace IT assets in warehouses
  • Support IT assets in company vehicles

Asset Management:

  • Tag and record all IT assets, maintaining and up to date inventory
  • Track asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment and disposal
  • Generate reports on asset status and usage

Employee Account Management:

  • Create, manage and deactivate employee accounts as needed
  • Ensure proper access controls and permissions are in place
  • Provide training and support for new employees on IT systems and policies

Requirements

Do you have experience in System administration?, The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar role, and will have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and providing network support., · Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and desktop support

· Familiarity with network and system administration

· Excellent problem solving and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
