Job description
As a Data Analyst at Reset Health, you will play a key role in supporting our goal to be a data-driven organisation. Working closely with our data engineers and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure high-quality, reliable, and well-structured data is available across the business.
You will focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, transforming and modelling data, creating dashboards and generating insights that drive data-informed decision-making at front-line as well as Senior Leadership Team levels.
This role suits someone who enjoys interrogating data to solve operational and strategic problems. It offers hand-on experience in a clinically-led and fast-paced digital health environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to establishing our analytics function as well as out academic publications work., * Clean, transform, and data for analysis and reporting (SQL, Python, and R skills desired).
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using BI tools.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure data is correctly captured and structured.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical outputs.
- Review existing pipelines, DBT models, and databases to identify and resolve critical data issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation for pipelines, models, and dashboards to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and accessibility.
- Provide statistical analysis to support academic publications.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in a data analyst or data engineering role.
- Track record of building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver insightful dashboards and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, cleaning, and transforming data.
- Skilled in BI and visualisation tools with an eye for design and accessibility.
- Able to set up data tests and monitoring for data pipeline reliability
- Ability to translate data findings into meaningful recommendations
- Experience in R for in-depth statistical analysis.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience leading BI tool migration or implementation projects.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and code comprehension.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and data storage solutions (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools and cloud-based architectures.
