Job description

As a Data Analyst at Reset Health, you will play a key role in supporting our goal to be a data-driven organisation. Working closely with our data engineers and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure high-quality, reliable, and well-structured data is available across the business.

You will focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, transforming and modelling data, creating dashboards and generating insights that drive data-informed decision-making at front-line as well as Senior Leadership Team levels.

This role suits someone who enjoys interrogating data to solve operational and strategic problems. It offers hand-on experience in a clinically-led and fast-paced digital health environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to establishing our analytics function as well as out academic publications work., * Clean, transform, and data for analysis and reporting (SQL, Python, and R skills desired).

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using BI tools.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure data is correctly captured and structured.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical outputs.
  • Review existing pipelines, DBT models, and databases to identify and resolve critical data issues.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for pipelines, models, and dashboards to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and accessibility.
  • Provide statistical analysis to support academic publications.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in a data analyst or data engineering role.
  • Track record of building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver insightful dashboards and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, cleaning, and transforming data.
  • Skilled in BI and visualisation tools with an eye for design and accessibility.
  • Able to set up data tests and monitoring for data pipeline reliability
  • Ability to translate data findings into meaningful recommendations
  • Experience in R for in-depth statistical analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience leading BI tool migration or implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and code comprehension.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and data storage solutions (PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools and cloud-based architectures.
