Job description
- Management Support & C-level Reporting

Support our IT leadership with various strategic initiatives (e.g., resource planning, change management) and ad-hoc topics

Aid our Group CIO and Head of IT Strategy & Portfolio with crafting executive-level presentations and reports

Global IT Communication

Manage IT communication channels (e.g., intranet posts, newsletters, presentations)

Craft clear, engaging messages for colleagues worldwide, including IT leadership

Communication Campaigns
-
Plan and support creative communication campaigns for global IT projects

Analyze communication effectiveness and ensure messages reach the right audiences at the right time

Content Creation

Produce written content, visual storytelling, and short videos

Translate complex IT topics into accessible, engaging communication

Event Support
-
Support planning and execution of IT-related events such as hackathons and community events
-
Create event-related content (e.g., short videos) and contribute to storytelling and community building

Organizing and orchestrating key events like townhall meetings and IT Management Events to foster community and collaboration, * Exciting activities in a diverse and international team

What happens after I apply?

Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Are you a student at university or business school with a talent for IT/Digitalization and a passion for communication? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferable German and the ability to describe complex topics in an understandable way? Could you see yourself in a role where collaborating with colleagues spread around the globe is part of the daily routine? And do you have at least two years of your studies left?, Depending on your skills and interests, you will support IT in terms of communication and collaboration in various topics. However, you must be passionate about communications, and we expect that you're a skilled communicator with a great attention to detail. Moreover, IT must be one of your strong suits. We offer flexible working conditions where you'll plan your own work schedule. Your study and exams will of course be taken into consideration.

At our corporate headquarters, you'll join an international IT team that thrives on innovation - and is looking for a creative communicator like you to help make our internal IT initiatives shine., * You are enrolled as a student (ideally in communication, media, Business, or related fields)
- Creative team player, motivated, and willing to take responsibility
- Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint (It's an advantage if you're already familiar with SharePoint but as training will be provided, it's not a must) , ChatGPT, or video editing is beneficial, but not required
- Passion for communication and strong attention to detail
- Interest and capability in IT topics
- Self-driven, service-minded, and responsible
- Strong sense for language in German and English, with ability to explain technical topics clearly
