Job description
As a core member of the Founding Team, you will work with the 2 co-founders to turn our organic traction into a repeatable growth engine. You will combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution, using AI and automation to build systems, compound learnings, and drive consistent momentum., * Lead the Strategy: Identify high-leverage channels for our ICP. You plan and prioritize the roadmap, deciding what we test and why.
- Build the Engine: Turn strategy into action. Run and scale growth initiatives (SEO, Socials, Outreach, Paid, Partnerships) to turn momentum into a systematic engine, using AI and automation to multiply your output.
- Drive Decisions & Learning: Be our source of truth. You use performance metrics to back up strategic calls.
- Own the Brand & Narrative: Sharpen our positioning and turn our user love into a loud movement.
