Job description

We're excited to share that we are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology team at our Appley Bridge site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1st and 2nd line IT support experience who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and being part of a collaborative Global IT function., Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests across all UK locations
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support (hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices)
  • Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments (with exposure to macOS/iOS/Android beneficial)
  • Manage and update tickets within our ITSM system in line with SLAs
  • Travel to our UK sites (4 locations) to provide on-site support when required
  • Contribute to IT projects alongside day-to-day service desk activity

The Service Desk operates Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (shift pattern 8-4 / 9-5)

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?
