IT Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer

• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting core IT infrastructure and networks.
• Implementing and supporting LAN, WAN, and cloud-integrated network solutions.
• Conducting infrastructure installations, system upgrades, and technical support both on-site and remotely as required by client projects.
• Assisting with infrastructure optimisation and controlled cloud migrations.
• Deploying and maintaining network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, secure access configurations, and endpoint protection tools.
• Supporting secure system deployments, data protection controls, and business continuity measures.
• Monitoring system and network performance to ensure availability, stability, and security.
• Delivering technical consultancy and systems integration support.
• Producing and maintaining accurate technical documentation, configuration records, and service reports.
• Maintaining rigorous system records, configuration logs, and client recommendations to support operational continuity.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure within an infrastructure support context.
• Experience delivering both remote and on-site technical support to business clients.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain accurate technical records.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) are advantageous but not mandatory.
