3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Up to 60K - Hybrid (3 days in office) - Farrindgon, London

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join a forward thinking and growing MSP. There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing a 50% expansion over the last 18 months.

3rd Line IT Support Engineer experience:

  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance)
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Microsoft Intune and Auto Pilot
  • Microsoft SharePoint Online
  • Exchange2007/2010/2013/2016 Server
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
  • Multi-Site VPN and connectivity solutions
  • Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience
  • Server Virtualisation experience
  • Security, 2FA & Firewalling
  • Backup/DR troubleshooting & management
  • Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met
  • Experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider

We are not expecting the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!

You will be self motivated 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create an fluid environment. The successful 3rd Line IT Support Engineer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
