3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Up to 60K - Hybrid (3 days in office) - Farrindgon, London
Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join a forward thinking and growing MSP. There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing a 50% expansion over the last 18 months.
3rd Line IT Support Engineer experience:
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Microsoft Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance)
- Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune and Auto Pilot
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Exchange2007/2010/2013/2016 Server
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
- Multi-Site VPN and connectivity solutions
- Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience
- Server Virtualisation experience
- Security, 2FA & Firewalling
- Backup/DR troubleshooting & management
- Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met
- Experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider
We are not expecting the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!
