Job description

About the Role As a Scanner Support Technician, you'll work as part of a skilled technical team supporting AQA's in-house scanners within their busy scanning centre. You'll provide operator support, complete servicing tasks, carry out basic repairs, and ensure the scanners are performing accurately and efficiently., * Provide user support to operators using AQA's bespoke scanning equipment.

  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on scanners.
  • Perform basic repairs to equipment as required.
  • Log faults, resolutions, and technical details accurately.
  • Support the technical team in maintaining smooth and efficient scanning operations., * Experience supporting products that transport paper such as:
  • Scanners
  • Printers
  • Photocopiers
