Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Technical Expertise

4-6 years SAP experience with ECC in S/4HANA migration background

Deep knowledge of manufacturing modules: PP, PM, WM/IM

Proven MES and scheduling system integration experience

Programme/delivery management for large SAP initiatives

Leadership Skills

Natural leadership with stakeholder challenge ability

Cross-functional team orchestration (IT, Business, integrators)

Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities

Fluent in English (French highly preferred for end-user interactions)

Nice-to-Have: Pharmaceutical/GxP environment experience

UCB SAP landscape familiarity

Hypercare and complex go-live expertise

BW to BDC migration, EWCM, ISM knowledge
