Your Role In this position you'll be able to join the ATV (automotive) team while supporting to ensure the smooth operation in product development, collaborating with internal and external teams, and maintaining organization through reporting, access rights management and first level tool support., * Keep up to date: Maintaining of knowledge database with textual and graphical content especially in Tableau. Also, support in the access rights management

• Reliable Work: Maintaining the configuration setup of product development project data
• Shape the future: Interact with the internal team, as well as the external developer teams
• Keep the Overview: Setting up and sustaining weekly reports of large data using dedicated reporting tools
• First Level Support: Being contacted by the team in regards to common tool questions and needs (Jama, Jira, Tableau, Windchill etc.), * Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Study field: You are having good academic credentials or at least three semesters successfully completed in Business Administration, IT, Physics or Engineering

• Interests: You are highly motivated to learn about Change management activities and Tools with a high degree of self-initiative
• Way of working: You consider yourself a highly organized, structured, analytical and motivated individual
• Personality: You consider yourself a team player with a desire to work in an international team, possess excellent communication skills
• Experience: You bring practical experience in setup / usage /maintenance of Reporting systems and Databases (e.g. Tableau, Access, MySQL, MS Office…). You have already gained first work experience through internships, student jobs, etc.
• Language skills: You have very good command of English skills, both written and spoken. German knowledge is a plus
