Job description

As a Repairs Administrator, you will support the delivery of responsive and emergency repairs across housing stock. The Repairs Administrator will act as a key link between tenants, Direct Labour Operatives, and external contractors to ensure works are scheduled, updated, and completed efficiently., * Draft and send appointment letters to service users

  • Allocate reactive and emergency repairs to Direct Labour Operatives
  • Liaise with external contractors regarding allocated works
  • Answer calls and emails relating to repairs queries
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and no access notices
  • Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and repairs systems
  • Support schedulers with day to day administration

Requirements

  • Positive can do attitude
  • Strong communication skills both phone and email
  • Good understanding of scheduling and prioritisation
  • IT literate including Microsoft 365 and CRM or repairs systems
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Calm under pressure in a busy repairs environment
  • Customer focused and solution driven
