Job description
As a Repairs Administrator, you will support the delivery of responsive and emergency repairs across housing stock. The Repairs Administrator will act as a key link between tenants, Direct Labour Operatives, and external contractors to ensure works are scheduled, updated, and completed efficiently., * Draft and send appointment letters to service users
- Allocate reactive and emergency repairs to Direct Labour Operatives
- Liaise with external contractors regarding allocated works
- Answer calls and emails relating to repairs queries
- Send confirmations, reminders, and no access notices
- Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and repairs systems
- Support schedulers with day to day administration
Requirements
- Positive can do attitude
- Strong communication skills both phone and email
- Good understanding of scheduling and prioritisation
- IT literate including Microsoft 365 and CRM or repairs systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Calm under pressure in a busy repairs environment
- Customer focused and solution driven
