Job description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Analyst to join our team in London. In this role, you'll support colleagues with a range of activities from hardware maintenance and software support to troubleshooting and user assistance. You'll also play a key role in supporting colleagues across our offices in Norwich, Birmingham, Cambridge, Manchester, Leeds, and Oxford, with some occasional travel required., * Managing and maintaining IT hardware and software across multiple platforms

  • Monitoring systems, resolving issues, and escalating when needed
  • Tackling up to 100 service desk tickets a week with confidence and care
  • Supporting core infrastructure, networks, and telephony systems
  • Assisting with software like Microsoft Office, CRM, and document management tools
  • Helping users with AV setups and ensuring meetings run smoothly
