Job description

As an Implementation Consultant / Analyst, your focus is on hands-on delivery in implementation projects. You contribute to workshops, configure system processes, support testing activities, and help prepare go-live phases. Depending on the project setup, you may also take on (partial) project management responsibilities; in other cases, you will work closely with a dedicated Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to implementation projects from kickoff through project completion, with a strong focus on consulting and delivery
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops (requirements, processes, design), independently or with guidance depending on experience
  • System configuration: implement agreed processes in the system and document configurations clearly
  • Testing & quality assurance: derive test cases, support testing and UAT, and document results thoroughly
  • Support go-live preparation and stabilization during the initial post-go-live phase
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a clear, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
  • Support scope and change topics from a functional perspective (impact analysis, decision preparation)
  • Tooling & methodology: track work packages, status, and next steps in a structured and pragmatic way
  • Reporting in German and English

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Experience in IT/SaaS implementations or consulting, or a hands-on background in healthcare (HR, time & attendance, rostering) with a strong project and process focus

  • Hands-on mindset: you implement, document thoroughly, and drive projects to successful completion
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, confident in customer-facing settings
  • German: Negotiation-level communication skills, written and spoken
  • English: Working proficiency for international collaboration
  • Willingness to travel for key customer meetings (depending on project phase)
