Job description
You will be primarily responsible for:
- proactively maintaining up-to-date electronic files, spreadsheets and reports
- supporting Site Managers with external applications, councils and other third parties
- managing the team's SharePoint site
- the production and submission of utility service return requests and project take-over documentation
- using specialised GIS software to produce drawings.
Training on required systems and processes will be provided, and there are opportunities for further education for the right candidate.
You will work at our Highbridge office with the flexibility of working from home. You must be open to working from other offices temporarily dictated by team requirements.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Are you a motivated, highly organised individual who excels at working under pressure? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you. This is a great opportunity to join our award-winning Sewer Renovations team as a Technical Administrator., We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, an enthusiasm for learning new skills, and an eye for detail.
You'll need to be able to adopt a methodical approach and prioritise your workload to ensure that you deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- have GCSEs in both maths and English
- be a confident communicator with a positive approach, with good computer literacy
- be able to manage a varied workload whilst meeting service targets
- be competent using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat
- need to be a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
Training will be provided for other systems not mentioned. Furthermore, a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
