Pay:
- Data Support Officer: £20.86 per hour
- Data Support Supervisor: £26.55 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Master Data team, you will:
- Deliver precise and high-quality customer data services for the council and trust.
- Process new and updated customer records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Verify all customer information to ensure compliance with corporate, financial and legislative requirements.
- Maintain awareness of potentially fraudulent activity, escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Ensure strict GDPR compliance and always maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in producing management information and compliance reports using Oracle.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in data processing or master data environments.
- Confidence working with business systems (Oracle experience desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced transactional environment.
- Awareness of data governance, GDPR and financial processes.
