IT Technician

• Assist with the installation and testing of new hardware and software
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
• Administer and support our CRM and dialler system
• Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues
• Log all incident details in the Service Desk and keep them updated, escalating to the second line when necessary
• Ensure all designated ICT systems are operated and maintained to appropriate standards

• Basic Understanding of Outlook, Power Automate and Document creation packages within Microsoft 365

• Confident knowledge of Excel and Data handling.

• Eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude
• Self-starting problem solver who can work under direction, use discretion, and know when to escalate issues
• Strong IT skills and basic knowledge of hardware and software
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is desirable but not essential, * A-Level or equivalent (preferred), * IT Technician: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
