Job description
360Learning's IT Specialist is contributing to the internal IT Department to provide the best experience for employees. With 400 FTEs (of which 100 are in the USA), multiple 3rd party delivery partners and outsourced IT service providers to manage, the IT Specialist is key to the success of daily IT operations. Based in France, you'll have the opportunity to work partially remotely and will partner closely with the HR and Security team. - Define your roadmap and OKRs
- Become familiar with our partners and providers
- Understand the team's processes, + Take ownership of internal IT support operations and deliver improvements to streamline workflows and response times
- Act as the main operational point of contact for employee IT support, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience
- Monitor MDM compliance and provide employee support for device-related issues
- Coordinate with the Hardware Managed Service Provider (MSP) to execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding activities are delivered on time and in line with defined procedures, + Ensure consistent execution of internal IT processes across all regions
- Proactively reduce recurring support issues through process improvements and better documentation
- Improve inventory accuracy and asset lifecycle tracking in collaboration with partners and tools
- Contribute to automation and workflow optimization initiatives led by the IT Manager, + Be a key operational contributor to the management of self-hosted IT internal applications (infrastructure-level operations, monitoring, maintenance)
- Act as an IT operations point of contact during security or IT incidents, working closely with the SOC to support investigation, containment, and remediation activities
- Contribute to the standardization, hardening, and lifecycle management of operating systems by applying defined baseline configurations, supporting OS version upgrades, and ensuring consistency across the fleet.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Shell Scripting?, + You have 1-3 years of experience in Internal IT, IT Support, or IT Operations
- You demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support and operations context
- You are interested in scripting and automating your work (Python, Bash, or REST APIs are a plus)
- You are familiar with MDM solutions (Jamf and Intune are a plus) and endpoint environments (macOS and Windows)
- You have a good understanding of operating systems and are comfortable supporting OS upgrades and device compliance
- You approach internal IT support with an automation-first mindset, aiming to reduce manual tasks and improve long-term efficiency
- You have already worked with remote teams and are comfortable with asynchronous communication
- You have very good written communication skills and a strong sense of service
- Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
