An opportunity has arisen for a Security and Vetting Administrator to work within the Human Resource Department for a fixed term period of 12 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the vetting process for new employees, ensuring all necessary checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
The job role will encompass, but will not be limited to the following areas:
Assist with DBS certifications and various security and vetting elements.
- Maintaining and updating HR systems.
- To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Conduct thorough background checks and vetting processes for new hires.
- Verify employment history, qualifications, and references.
- Maintain accurate records of all vetting activities.
- Liaise with employees and managers to ensure timely completion of vetting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of vetting processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
