AI Solutions Engineer

This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity for an AI Solutions Engineer to contribute to innovative projects within the financial services industry. The role is based in London and focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions., * Build prototypes and production-grade solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and the Microsoft AI stack.

• Translate business requirements into technical architectures for GenAI and machine learning use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and integration patterns with enterprise systems.
• Configure and optimise Microsoft Copilot Studio and other AI tools for internal use cases.
• Support the development of repeatable AI patterns, accelerators, and guardrails.
• Work with Data Engineering and Cloud teams to ensure access to high-quality data sources.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical support to business teams.
• Ensure all solutions follow responsible-AI, security, compliance, and governance standards.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services.
• Strong ability to quickly prototype and test AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with APIs, vector databases, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of RAG, LLMOps, and prompt engineering.
