Job description
Working as part of a new team responsible for setting-up and managing the Single Pipeline, the Data Integrity and Support Officer (Pipeline Management) will play a critical role in ensuring that both the 'data in' and 'data out' is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
The main purpose of this role is to engage with the Project Managers to ensure that they have the support and guidance required to get information in and out of the pipeline to support their delivery activities.
We are dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, continuously improving the people, process and technology aspects of what we do.
This is a rare chance to shape one of the ways of working of a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders across the agency, you will be committed to a user-led, operationally focused approach.
The role will also support the ongoing design and operation of the processes, tools and systems that support us having an up-to-date and comprehensive view of the short and longer term pipeline of activity that will allow us to deliver projects that support policy priorities. This is an excellent opportunity to enable day-to-day delivery through a new way of working.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, You'll be comfortable working across the full range of people, process and technology considerations that will affect the design and operation of a pipeline of project activity. You will be excellent at user and stakeholder engagement as well as entirely comfortable with working with data.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a service team that enables delivery.
As someone with relevant experience, you'll be used to working with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way, whilst making your own valuable contribution to the team and service that is delivered.
Benefits & conditions
As well as a competitive salary and 33 days annual leave, we are committed to 50/50 hybrid working. We'll support you, wherever possible, so that you don't miss out on what matters to you.
Membership of the Homes and Communities Agency Pension Scheme, which is a contributory defined benefit scheme with the amount you receive on retirement based on your salary and years worked at the Agency.
Internal applicants: please note that if you are successful, the salary you are offered will be in accordance with our pay policy. You can find details on the HR Hub SharePoint site.
If you ever need a bit of extra help, we have a great employee assistance programme, a wide range of healthcare plans, financial wellbeing support and access to many great discounts with leading high street names.
Our range of network groups are also there to support you to be yourself at work and play a key role in helping shape our future.
