We've been busy building some brand new shiny tools that combine powerfully to tell some very intelligent stories for our clients and because of this we're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us deliver more actionable insights than ever before. We're all for driving strategic change for our clients and we need you to help play a pivotal role in this revolution, through creating, producing, and maintaining dashboards and reports for existing and future clients, producing smarter decision-making processes that reach right across their core business objectives. Your work will be at the intersection of creativity and data, focusing on actionable insights that deliver real impact. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone passionate about digging into data, finding trends, and presenting insights in innovative and engaging ways. Your technical know-how, attention to detail, and ability to make sense of complex datasets will ensure you deliver high-quality outputs that inspire both creative and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in UK media platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Programmatic)

Deliver accurate, timely client reports and insights

Collaborate on data strategies to drive growth across performance and brand marketing

Lead data visualisation projects and client reporting dashboards

Stay current with industry trends and new data opportunities

Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns

Organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures

Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

Performing statistical analysis of data

Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats

Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients

Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Proven experience in creating and managing dashboards, preferably within Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

Fluency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with a deep understanding of how these tools inform campaign performance through tracking and implementation

Excellent Excel skills, with a flair for presenting complex data clearly and concisely

A focus on creative analytics, with an ability to spot patterns that inspire innovation

Strong attention to detail, ensuring all data outputs are accurate and impactful

Experience with data storage platforms, particularly Azure, BigQuery, or SQL, is advantageous

A broad understanding of digital marketing such as Social, Paid Search, Programmatic
