Develop and maintain technical components within Oracle HCM Fusion (including Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, VBCS, …)
Customize workflows and approval processes using BPM.
Configure and enhance integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP web services, and other middleware tools.
Build, enhance, and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications (payroll systems).
Provide technical support for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Recruiting.
Identify root causes of system issues and implement permanent resolutions.
Support quarterly Oracle patches and regression testing.
Work closely with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and best practices guidance to teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Appr. 3 - 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud technology is a must.
Strong expertise in:

Hands-on experience supporting multiple HCM modules.
Understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM functional workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
