Designing Deploying Solutions: Lead the creation of ML and AI solutions for Research Innovation, Quality, and Sales. Model Development: Build and validate advanced models using CatBoost, XGBoost, and Deep Learning for forecasting and recommendations. We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves to get their hands dirty with data.

Experience: You have over 7 years of experience in Data Science, preferably in a Senior role. Experience in the FMCG industry is a huge plus!. Education: You hold an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Stack: You are a pro in Python (Pandas, Numpy), Spark, and Git. Tools: Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLFlow, and Cloud infrastructure (Azure is a bonus). Data Mastery: Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, statistics, and optimization. Soft Skills: You can translate complex statistical results into clear stories for any audience and can manage multiple priorities with ease. Language: Fluency in English is a must.
