Reporting to the Technical Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and supporting users across the business.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT support experience who's ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for managing our infrastructure, supporting users, and working closely with external vendors - all while helping to improve how we deliver IT services. The role is office-based at our HQ in Park Royal, London, and has line management responsibilities for our IT Support Administrator.Your unique contribution
- Lead the IT support function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues across the business
- Provide hands-on support for our infrastructure - including servers, networks, endpoints, and storage
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and other core business applications
- Work closely with external IT service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support upgrades, patching, and general maintenance of IT systems
- Help maintain business continuity and disaster recovery procedures
- Keep IT documentation, policies, and training materials up to date
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Good understanding of networks, servers, and endpoint devices
- Clear communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users
- Experience working with external vendors or service providers
- Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus
Desirable:
- Experience with VOIP systems
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g. CrowdStrike administration)
- Cisco/Juniper networking administration
- Cloudflare or other web firewall admin
- ERP system support
- Industry certifications (Microsoft Certified Administrator, ITIL, etc.)
