Job description

  • Corrective and preventive maintenance of the Group's applications managed by the Application Development and Support Department (DSA);
  • First-line support for the Group's applications, covering both FrontOffice and BackOffice;
  • Development of custom reports and listings for the Consumer Finance and Banking areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles;
  • Higher education in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Experience with relational databases (preferred);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Team-oriented mindset;
  • Critical thinking abilities.
