IT Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Technician to join our growing, forward-thinking IT team. You will play a vital role in supporting colleagues across the firm by ensuring our technology environment runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Working within a modern, cloud-first infrastructure, you will gain hands-on experience with the latest tools and security technologies. As the team expands, you will also have the chance to contribute to and potentially lead exciting IT projects that support our business growth and innovation., * Provide timely, professional support to end-users across all offices.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and device issues.
• Support the administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Work with internal teams to implement IT solutions aligned with business needs
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in the delivery and support of our secure, cloud-first technology environment

Do you have experience in Intune?, * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and other device management tools.
• Strong understanding of core IT support concepts and common end-user issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar IT support role.

Desirable

• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Exposure to cloud-first or security-focused environments., You will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved in a broad range of IT activities. Our IT team is collaborative, flexible, and dedicated to delivering excellent service.
