Job description
- Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of procedures, records, archives and information management systems.
- Identify requirements for content, records, archives and information management systems and draw up functional and/or technical specifications.
- Delivery of guidance, coaching and training related with DWP to administrators and users.
- Assistance with evaluating and testing Digital Workplace components and production of technical documentation.
- Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions Organization, implementation and maintenance of IS support.
- Creation of stakeholder maps and ensure coordination with the relevant project teams.
- In alignment with the official in charge, contribute to the coordination of Guidance team.
- Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure coordination with dedicated team of specific support for Wiki sites, and as well collaborative sites.
- Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions.
- Contribute to the update of the internal documentation and communication.
- Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation.
- Contribute to the management and follow-up of incidents and user requests.
- Conception and organization of user documentation for information systems.
- Conception and management of IS training.
- Conception and management of e-learning.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Master's degree?, What will you be bringing to the team?
- Master's degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365's applications management and administration
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc).
- At least 4 years of specific expertise Atlassian Jira.
- At least 1 year experience in change management project of M365.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows-based user environments.
- Excellent knowledge of large-scale Digital Workplace administration, including operational monitoring and change management.
- Good understanding of network principles and technologies.
- Knowledge in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports.
- Proven knowledge in user guidance, end user assistance and support of IS.
- Experience in preparing training courses on IS.
- Experience in E-learning creation, writing scripts is an asset.
- Understanding of Data Protection regulations and their impact on technical solutions will be an asset.
- Experience with specific Commission IT applications (SFC2007, SFC2014 and SFC2021 Front Office, SFC2007, SFC2014 and SFC2021 Back Office, WAVE, WFS, AGMS, ARES, LaunchPad) is an asset.
- Follow-up of incidents related to IS with excellent knowledge of ITIL. ITIL certification will be an asset.
- Knowledge of financial transactions circuits related to Shared Management mode in the Commission is an asset.
- Knowledge of incidents management systems (knowledge of ServiceNow will be an asset).
- Knowledge of the Regional and Urban policy and of European Structural and Investment funds is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Proficiency in French language B2/C level.
