Job description

prosource.it is seeking talented Change Analysts to join our growing team. These full-time, remote roles offer the chance to support major transformation programmes across our large enterprise client base while being part of a people-focused, collaborative technology services organisation.

As a Change Analyst at prosource.it, you'll play a key role in helping organisations adopt new technologies and ways of working. You'll work closely with Change Managers, project teams and stakeholders to prepare users for change, support effective communication, and ensure that new behaviours and processes are successfully embedded. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, are highly organised, and are passionate about helping people navigate change, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Change Support & Planning

  • Support the development and delivery of change management strategies for transformation and digital workplace initiatives
  • Assist in reviewing existing change plans and proposing improvements aligned with best practice
  • Contribute to change impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning
  • Help maintain change artefacts, logs and documentation across the programme lifecycle

Analysis & Impact Assessment

  • Identify impacted user groups and help analyse the scale, type and complexity of organisational change
  • Work with project teams and stakeholders to document impacts and support the development of appropriate adoption tactics
  • Monitor user readiness, sentiment and feedback, providing insights to Change Managers and client teams

Engagement & Communications

  • Create clear, user-focused communication materials across multiple channels (Teams, SharePoint, email, intranet)
  • Support content preparation for engagement sessions, training, briefings and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure messaging is accurate, accessible, and aligned to programme goals

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with project managers, SMEs, product owners and wider change networks
  • Support the coordination of change champions or change networks within client organisations
  • Collaborate closely with Change Managers to ensure alignment across workstreams

Feedback, Reporting & Insights

  • Support the design, distribution and analysis of surveys and feedback loops
  • Track adoption metrics, risks and issues related to change
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and insights for internal and client leadership

Requirements

  • Experience supporting organisational change, ideally within large enterprise or complex environments.
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR/Prosci, Agile approaches).
  • Strong communication and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working across matrixed or geographically dispersed teams is advantageous.
  • A degree in Business, IT, Communications or a related field is preferred.
