Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious HubSpot Migration Consultant to join one of the UK's leading HubSpot Partners., * Lead end-to-end migration projects into HubSpot from systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, Marketo, Pardot, and other CRMs/marketing platforms

  • Conduct discovery workshops to map current-state processes, data models, integrations, and workflows into HubSpot-ready solutions
  • Audit legacy portals and provide bespoke recommendations for HubSpot architecture, optimisation, and migration approach
  • Plan, execute, and oversee data migrations, including object mapping, field transformation, deduplication, data hygiene, and validation/testing
  • Manage simultaneous migration projects for multiple clients, keeping delivery on track across scope, timeline, and quality
  • Configure HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub in line with the migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Identify and mitigate migration risks, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and resolve data or integration challenges
  • Effectively project manage and create organised migration plans that ensure customer success post-go-live
  • Deliver clear handover and enablement sessions so customers can confidently operate in HubSpot after migration, In this role, you'll get to:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for multiple customers, owning migration delivery from kickoff through go-live
  • Engage stakeholders through regular migration checkpoints and strategic calls to ensure alignment and momentum
  • Translate legacy system workflows and reporting needs into scalable HubSpot solutions
  • Ensure all customers complete the required technical migration steps efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate internal and external teams (RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, IT, and vendors) to support integrations and system changes
  • Lead migration testing and validation, ensuring data integrity and functional readiness before launch
  • Support customers through launch and stabilisation, ensuring adoption and long-term success in HubSpot
  • Continuously improve and scale the HubSpot migration process, templates, and best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in Pardot?, As a HubSpot Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for leading complex CRM and marketing platform migrations into HubSpot, guiding customers through planning, data and asset migration, portal setup, validation, and go-live. Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for a motivated team member who has strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects.

Salary DOE

Remote - Ideally based in EMEA and able to work UK hours.
