Job description
This engagement is with an Public Client in the UK, where they are taking over existing systems from another vendor and supporting Oracle EBS. At the same time, they are driving a migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud, where these roles will be directly involved.
Tasks:
- Support and maintain Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Talent Management)
- Ensure smooth transition from the current vendor and stabilize ongoing operations for the NHS
- Contribute to the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud and support related project activities
Requirements

Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (HCM)

10+ years of experience in EBS HCM modules, particularly:
-
Core HR
-
Absence Management
-
Talent Management
Proven track record with 2-3 full life cycle implementations
Experience working on public sector implementations is highly desirable and would add significant value to the project
