Job description

Hi, I'm Mel Jady, Head of Product at CareScribe. I'm really excited to be hiring for this role.

We're looking for someone who's early in their product career and wants to learn how inclusive, high-quality digital products are built, properly and thoughtfully, not just quickly.

In this team, you'll be supported, encouraged to ask questions, and given space to grow. You'll work closely with experienced Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers, and you'll gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence builds.

We care deeply about our users and the impact our products have on their working lives. That means we don't just ship features, we try to understand real needs, test ideas, learn from feedback, and keep improving.

If you're curious, motivated, and excited about building products that genuinely help people, I'd love to hear from you.

  • Looking for opportunities to improve and innovate, helping us delight our users
  • Making sure the voice of our users is heard across the business

Collaborating Across the Business

  • Sharing product updates with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Support
  • Helping prepare clear release and go-to-market information
  • Supporting sprint reviews and stakeholder sessions
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and useful for support teams

Projects and Development

  • Contributing to wider product and delivery projects
