Job description
The SAP Technical Expert acts as a key contributor within the CRM Process & Functional
Support team, focusing on the development, enhancement, and technical support of
SAP CRM applications. The role combines architectural design, custom development,
integration management, and end-to-end delivery responsibility. The consultant
ensures technical excellence across SAP CRM, SAP Fiori/UI5, and related integration
services, while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and CRM business
processes., Technical Development & Architecture
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Design technical architecture in collaboration with functional analysts and developers
- Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions and related applications
- Contribute to platform improvements and technical consolidation
- Ensure adherence to reusable coding best practices
Integration & Data Services
- Manage interfaces with legacy systems via SAP CPI and IDocs
- Develop and maintain SAP data services (webservices, OData, etc.)
- Work with integration formats and protocols (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)
Support & Delivery
- Diagnose and analyze incidents, changes, and enhancement requests
- Deliver new developments, change requests, and bug fixes end-to-end
- Act as technical point of contact for enterprise architecture
- Maintain a clear overview of current system architecture
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, Core Technical Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of SAP CRM project experience
- Strong expertise in:
o BSP Components Workbench
o BOL/GENIL
o CRM upgrade transactions
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAPUI5 / Fiori development
- Experience with ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, Workflow, IDoc, ALV Grid, WebDynpro
- Experience with SAP data services & integration (OData, SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Experience with ADT (Eclipse)
- Strong understanding of reusable code best practices
Language: Dutch or French B2 Mandatory, English B2
