Senior Scrum Master

The Scrum Master acts as the key reference for the squad, ensuring understanding and proper application of the Scrum framework. They support the team in maximizing results, protect it from distractions, and coach both the squad and stakeholders on effective interactions within an Agile environment., * Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Review, Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings

• Schedule and monitor key steps of the methodology
• Ensure smooth application of Scrum and help the team remove obstacles
• Support the Scrum Team with the Product Backlog
• Assist the team with the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, and related deliverables
• Track team capacity and velocity for planning and progress
• Ensure backlog consistency in Jira

Project methodology:

• Help the team overcome difficulties and promote self-organization
• Remove obstacles and protect the team from external distractions
• Manage risks and issues

Do you have experience in Unit testing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master or equivalent by experience

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience within the banking or financial sector.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels; native French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English., * Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira)
• Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology & project management methodology
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology, mindset and coaching experience
