IT Support

BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site IT Support in Germany. The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users., * Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required
• Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
• Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral devices
• Use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Hands-on experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
• Good understanding of Windows environments and basic macOS support
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment

Requirements

• Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
• Strong communication and documentation skills
