Identity & Access Management Specialist

An international bank is seeking an experienced and business-focused Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to strengthen its user account life cycle management framework. In this role, you will ensure secure, compliant and efficient access to critical banking systems, applications and customer data, while supporting regulatory compliance and operational resilience., As IAM Specialist within a regulated banking environment, you will play a key role in safeguarding access controls across the organisation. You will act as the bridge between IT, Risk, Compliance and business stakeholders, ensuring access management processes align with regulatory expectations and banking best practices., * Collaborate closely with business units to translate access requirements into robust IAM solutions supporting core banking operations

• Maintain and enhance the IAM governance framework, ensuring strong segregation of duties (SoD) across critical banking processes
• Manage the full identity life cycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, role changes, access certifications) for employees, third-party vendors, regulators and external partners
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures and controls in line with banking regulations and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SWIFT CSP, DORA, NIST, EBA Guidelines)
• Conduct periodic access reviews, including Soll-Ist analyses and user account attestations across critical and high-risk applications
• Support internal audits, external audits and regulatory examinations by providing clear documentation and evidence of access governance
• Monitor IAM system performance, resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements to strengthen the bank's security posture
• Stay informed on emerging IAM risks, regulatory developments and sector best practices within the banking industry

Do you have experience in SailPoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on IAM experience within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of IAM platforms such as One Identity Manager, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint or CyberArk (One Identity Manager experience is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of banking regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations
• Experience aligning IAM processes with risk management and compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset

• Salary indication of €70,000 - €80,000 gross per year (incl. holiday allowance)
