Job description

We are looking for a seasoned TechOps Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll work in our cloud-first environment, empowering our global workforce on Macs and Chromebooks to be secure, compliant, and highly productive. You will help drive key technical projects, build automations to make everyone's life easier, and play a vital role in ensuring we are always prepared for audits and certifications like ISO: 27001., * Platform Management: Act as an administrator for Key Systems such as Okta (Identity Management) and Google Workspace (collaboration suite) as well as a larger platform of tools and services.

  • Identity & Access: Okta lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning), MFA enforcement, and SSO integrations for all enterprise applications.
  • Endpoint Engineering: Manage a diverse fleet using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, or Google Endpoint) ensuring and maintaining zero-touch deployment.
  • Security & Compliance: Work alongside security teams in Endpoint investigations and enhancing security tools and features.
  • Collaboration Tooling: Experience administrating collaboration platforms (e.g. Slack, Teams), including app integrations, workflow builders.
  • Patch Management: Monitor new and emerging vulnerabilities to tech stack, testing and implementing patches inline with policy.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Experience: 4+ years in a TechOps, Systems Admin, or IT Support role in a high-growth environment.

  • OS Expertise: Technical knowledge of Apple macOS knowledge of ChromeOS and Windows beneficial (hardware and software lifecycle).
  • The Core: Knowledge of key IT systems and platforms such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Security Mindset: Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Anti-Malware/EDR
  • Service Standards: Strong understanding of the ITIL (or related frameworks) for IT Service Management (Certification is a plus).

Desirable skills:

  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Apps Script) to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Experience managing Zoom Rooms or modern AV hardware.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Merkai, Aruba etc..)
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence/Atlassian
  • Experience with AI tooling. Gemini, Claude, Co-Pilot etc
  • Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Services such as AWS, GCP, Azure
